My husband and I have totally different aesthetics

so I need some help. I got married about three years ago, and moved into my husband apartment. He’s a bit of a hoarder (I’m completely underselling it, he has over a hundred T shirts, and that’s just his gym wear!). He still has stuff from when he went to high school (20 years ago!!) whereas I like to keep rotating things, and giving away stuff I no longer wear or use.

We also happen to have completely different tastes, he likes reds and blacks and edgy stuff. I prefer a very light, clean color palette. I’m a bit more traditional, in that I love good vintage inspired pieces, and some modern accents, so I guess it’s a bit eclectic.

Now we’re moving into a new apartment and the thought of sorting through thousands of clothes/shoes/appliances/accessories is haunting me :(((

can I get tips for storage in a smaller apartment, yet keeping a clean aesthetic??

Desperate and depressed! Please help.
