my wee baby precious sister Tess turned 20 years old today!!! it inspired me to post some photos of her beautiful visage and last night Joey and i recorded this song (re-named “Titi In Da Club” in honor of Tess). the cat’s joined in for the video portion…. i know, we’re crazy cat people. but Joey recorded the music and beats for the song with just his mouth-sounds (a la beat-boxing) and claps, etc. no electronic sounds at all! then i rapped for the first time, just sayin’. oh, and how amazing does Tess look in her Mad Hatter Halloween costume in the last two pics (courtesy of Greg OBlock)!? i must get some of those crazy contacts for everyday use!
