green beans raisins and pine nuts


quick recipe that’s soo good for lunch or a side dish!

– clean and steam green-beans (if you don’t have a steamer basket get one! it will change your life)
– in a frying pan put about a tablespoon (per cup of green beans) of pine nuts. toast quickly with a little sea salt to taste
– toss the steamed green beans, toasted pine nuts and raisins (or cranberries) in a bowl with balsamic vinegar to taste. more salt if needed.

serve warm or chilled… yum!
