for dinner last night, i made pine nut cous-cous embellished with broccoli and mushrooms. this is most likely my favorite dish to make because it’s fast and easy and tastyyyyy.
for the pine nut cous-cous, you bring 1 and 1/4 cups of water (with the spice pack) to a boil, add the cous-cous, remove from the heat and let sit for five minutes.
then i cook the broccoli and chopped mushrooms in a pan with olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper and garlic until i think it looks ready!
then mix it all together and you have a delicious and healthy concoction.
