reader wednesday: decoden phone cases

i love love when you creative people email, tweet or fb me pics of your DIY projects! here is an update from some Mr. Kate readers doing their own versions of the Decoden phone cases… yum!

Victoria posted her decoden phone case on her blog – she used buttons and beads to decorate her frosting. i love the color scheme!

check out the original DIY video here and some more Mr. Kate reader versions here!

i love the tiny clothes pin! these were done by Maria Corso who made one for her and one for her sister – super kawaii!

Melissa Kennelly is this adorable girl i met recently at my friend Jen’s summer camp called Stanleywood – which she runs for teen girls (check it out here). i spoke with them about being a female entrepreneur, etc. and Melissa liked my phone cover so much she went home and made one with her friend. i love the sequin bows!

during my visit at Stanleywood, i also did some Bow Buns on the girls (Melissa is the one on the right, then Natalie and Blair) and then, we got weird with some Mr. Kate logo rings!
