DIY healthy snack: coconut milk yogurt and granola


they make all kinds of non-yogurt yogurt these days: soygurt, almond-gurt, rice-gurt and my latest fave coconut-gurt – i get the one from So Delicious! all of the non-yogurt yogurts have added pro-biotics like traditional yogurt, although i take a supplement of pro-biotics every day any way.

the coconut milk yogurt has a very mild coconut taste and is pretty creamy. i’ve been enjoying it in the morning with some farmer’s market granola = yum!
