healthy snack: avocado on wasa crackers with sea salt


after all the Thanksgiving eating all i want is to eat healthy and clean. this is the perfect breakfast or snack for that clean, healthy feeling – simple and easy and leaves you full. Wasa crackers come in a variety of flavors but they are all made from whole grains and are very hearty. get them at your local health food store.

Wasa cracker with avocado and sea salt and fresh berries on the side

Do IT!:

  • mash 1/4 to 1/3 of a ripe avocado onto your Wasa cracker(s)
  • sprinkle with sea salt
  • serve with fresh, organic berries on the side

salty and sweet!
