I made this whimsical, fabric scrap garland for Fourth of July, but really, it can be made with any colors to celebrate any holiday or festivity!

- Make a cut in your fabric about 2 to 3 inches wide and tear along the width of the fabric bolt.
- Tie the fabric strips to your twine.
- Tie the twine ends up to your overhang (or tape up to the ceiling) – You may need to trim your strips of fabric at this point.
- Repeat until you feel you have enough garlands to create a full and lively scene!
