Monday Moods: Pamper, Refresh, Relax, Repeat
Though we’re all accustomed to saying it, when it comes to really, actually treating yourself, sometimes it feels like you have to try. There is so little time in the day that often some self-indulgence just doesn’t rank high enough to spend an hour or two on. But putting yourself first is best for everyone in the long run, and, when you can get yourself into the right mindset, it’s really damn fun, too. Put the same energy into drawing yourself a bath and making a DIY spa at home as you would if it was a present for a friend or family member. You’ll find that all the effort pays off when you can slip into a soft robe and let your mind wander into some shameless imagination for a little while. Could you even emerge a different person? Only some “you-time” will tell!
