And let’s not forget when Kate did a colab with The Sorry Girls! That was a dream come true!

Oh, and another favorite moment was on snapchat where Joey let the kitties decide what they wanted to have for meals from the food drawer by reading the options and stopping when they meowed lol

Another favorite thing about this year was the launch of Office Goals. I know it’s not really a moment, but getting that insight into the working relationships of everyone behind the scenes makes the Mr. Kate channel so unlike the rest of YouTube. I think that alone has done more to bring us together as little misters than anything else. Even though most of us just watch, it’s helped me feel like I know you all. And that just by watching I’m a part of this wonderfully creative community.

I think my favorite moment came yesterday. I’ve been sharing lots from the Mr. Kate team with my husband. About the inspiration I get, and the lovely people who work there. Enough so I suppose that yesterday he told me he’s been watching the whole OMG We Bought A House and Office Goals series this past week! He’s been really inspired by the positivity of the team and the fun unique personalities they all have. Watching the series gave him the words to articulate a lot of the things those strong, manly, quiet types don’t quite know how to say. He and I met on a level where we really connected and vibed on our ideas about the future and the way we want to live, and that wonderful experience was brought about by all the wonderful weirdos at Mr. Kate studios just being themselves.

P.s. He still really enjoys The Click 5 so it’s been really cool seeing Joey in his new job at Mr. Kate 😉

I just recently made these two shirts for my dog Lucky! He lives at my parents so I can’t model them on him yet but they were soooo easy! I went to Walmart and picked out a couple tanks from the little boys section that I liked. Then you just measure your doggy around the chest, pinch the shirt in the appropriate amount and just do a straight stitch down. Just make sure to cut a little out at the bottom for his pee pee. (I’m waiting to try it on him before I do that part) I don’t have a machine right now so I just did them by hand. Also make sure to use what would be the front for a person as the back for the dog. For some reason it fits better with the arm holes. Also graphics like that cool skull usually go in front but you want it visible on your dog so it’s better as the back. Best part was the shirts were like $3 each! And these are so much cuter than anything I could go out and buy and specifically tailored to my taste!

I was super inspired by these ikea layouts. They seem an unlikely perfect solution to a narrow space.
