    Hey!!

    Thanks for posting!! You can actually apply the Freckles BeautyMarks in any of these ways! They will look shiniest if applied over makeup or without makeup, but if you have them on for a few days, you can definitely put makeup on over and around them! I would avoid putting powder or a liquid foundation or cover up over them, though!
