OFFICIAL RULES of the giveaway:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat are not sponsors of this contest. You hereby release YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat from any and all liability related to the giveaway.
- We will be giving one winner who has subscribed to the Mr. Kate YouTube channel, followed mrkate on Snapchat, followed @mrkatedotcom on Instagram, liked the giveaway Instagram post and commented, tagging 3 friends, and completed all of the above between the dates of 11/2/16 and 11/8/16 at 11:59 PM PST the entire Mr. Kate Dusk Collection, with a retail value of $1,241.00 USD. For the avoidance of doubt, the $1,241.00 USD value will not in any way involve a cash payment. The total award will be made up of the 14 Dusk Collection jewelry pieces.
- The giveaway is international, entrants from all countries may enter and qualify to win. Mr. Kate, Inc. will pay for shipping the winner their items, however winners will be responsible for paying any duties, import fees, or taxes that may be deemed owed by your state or country in order to take possession of the shipment.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. DO NOT create multiple accounts to try to enter more than once. Entries that don’t comply will be disqualified.
- The giveaway may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of any giveaway. Winners may be required to complete required tax forms or other documents requested within the time period stipulated by Mr. Kate, Inc. Winners will receive their giveaway within a mutually agreed upon date.
- Mr. Kate, Inc. reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this giveaway should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond Mr. Kate’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the giveaway, or for any reason that Mr. Kate, Inc. believes in good faith would be fair to the entrants and the conduct of the giveaway. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Mr. Kate, Inc. shall promptly post a notice on the Official Rules entry page to such effect.
- Odds of winning will depend on number of valid entries received during the Entry Period.
- All users who enter the giveaway must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines (http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines) and YouTube’s Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/static?gl=US&template=terms), Instagram/Facebook’s Policies (https://www.facebook.com/policies/) and SnapChat’s Guidelines (https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/article/guidelines). All users/entries which don’t comply will be disqualified.
- By entering or accepting a prize in this giveaway, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and to conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The winner will be required to execute and return to Mr. Kate, Inc. within five (5) business days an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (where imposing such condition is legal) and any additional documents required by Mr. Kate, Inc. in connection with the possibility of receiving the giveaway prize. Winner may be required to furnish proof of identity, address, and birth date in order to receive a prize.
- Privacy: Information submitted in connection with the giveaway will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Mr. Kate, Inc.’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/440393; provided that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail. Mr. Kate, Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If Mr. Kate, Inc. learns that it has collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, it will delete that information.
