In my opinion, any real world experience you can site will be a good addition to your portfolio. Anyone can moodboard their life away, but being able to physically implement your ideas is a great thing.

Try styling little vignettes like on a dresser or in other areas of your home!

Make it like a magazine you’d want to read with varying photos.
