I have a two large problems: I share a room with my younger sister and we both have totally different aesthetics.  I’m more of a industrial girl with the filament light bulbs, organized, and rustic chic, but my sister is the complete opposite. She is more of a Glam Gal with the pastel pinks, fluffy fabric, and is not very organized. (I know thats not a characteristic of Glam it’s more of her Characteristic because she is young). It does not help either that we have two white IKEA loft beds clutching to the our walls. What should I do?

I know im not kate but i would say that most rooms look better not just sticking to one complete style and mixing in different accents so having two different aesthetics may actually work well for you both. I would say pick out somethings that you both like that match both your aesthetics, so say like gold accents or pink accents or dark wood accents etc. Then have similar things on both sides. So if she wants a gold mirror you could have a gold ornament. If she wants something pink and fluffy you could do something pink and velvet. Maybe have black accents on both sides because black works well with both glam and industrial. Once you have the items that match well you have a base that you can then add  your individual styles on top of and it wont look super out of place because you have the items that match making it merge all together. Hope that helps:)
