I hate my carpet

Hi.

I live in a rental house and the carpet in my bedroom is so awful. Its a dark brown with like blue small dots.

My style is very minimal missed with modern and boho and the carpet just makes it all worse. Since Its a rental I know I cant get rid of it but what are my options. The room is pretty big.

Carpet struggles can be tricky!! I get it!

I’d say, since you can’t pull the carpet up, add thick pile area rugs where you can. Under your dining table, or in your living room are great places to start.

Distract yourself from the eyesore of the carpet by establishing your style everywhere else in the room, and you’ll be surprised by how quickly/ easily it will become unnoticeable. Concentrate on implementing your style everywhere *but* the floor, and I promise you’ll be in love with your space in no time!
