Severe back pain and leg cramps

Hey, I am 37 years old. We got married recently and I had my first sex ever and a couple of minutes after having sex, I experienced a severe back pain and leg cramps. I had pain at the lower part of my tummy as well. After a week, we had sex again and I had the same symptoms. Could it be due to my weak muscles? I lack physical activities like workouts due to my job nature and stress. What should I do to get rid of this back pain? I am quite scared and embarrassed. I tried hot bags and pain relief sprays. But they give only a temporary relief. A friend of mine suggested to consult a registered physiotherapist in North York. But will it give a permanent relief? Anyone here had undergone a physiotherapy treatment for back pain? Was it helpful? Please advise.
