Styling Advice

Around December my room was finished and it a small room, so I started styling it and looked good at first. But then it started to feel cramped. Can you give me some advice.

My family and I are moving in a couple of weeks. I am super excited to be able to design my own room, but am not sure what paint color I should go with and how I could find that specific type of desk and create that bed desk (I designed a way to have a sliding end board to my bed that could become a desk for when I’m sitting in bed). I created a basic design on an online tool (I’ll leave the 2D version below, I have a couple 3D) – but again, I don’t know how to go about creating this design. In reality I want there to be so many plants in there it looks like a jungle, and I want it to be fairly whimsical, but I don’t know how to achieve that with paint and my design. I wish you and Joey traveled for your show, because it would be amazing if you guys could help with this – I have some really interesting ideas about how I am hanging up my instruments (looks like with vine) and my window planter (a small garden).
